About Joshua Chapman
I am a husband, father, small business owner, coach, educator, and volunteer. My wife Athena and I live in South Davis with our 2 boys, Owen (11) and Quentin (9) who both attend Marguerite Montgomery Elementary School.
Our community, like so many others around the world, is facing unprecedented challenges, from the economic and social impacts of a global pandemic paired with a long-overdue call to action to change policies and politics to address social, racial, and gender inequality. The difficult decisions our City must make in the face of these challenges will shape our community for generations to come. I am running for City Council because I want to lead Davis in making those decisions in a way that values community, diversity, sustainability, responsible growth, and inclusivity.
